Tincture Journal is seeking poetry for Issue Twenty (December 2017). Submissions will be open from 13 Sep - 13 Oct.
There is no word-limit for poetry, but please submit no more than five poems, in a single document. Please provide a short bio and optionally include a synopsis for each poem (these are occasionally helpful and we'll discuss with you if we think it could be published alongside the poem, but it's not required). Please note that some formatting might prove challenging in our e-book, particularly with small screens and/or large font sizes, but we will let you know if that poses any problems and do our best to make it work.
Simultaneous submissions are accepted, just let us know, and withdraw immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere (with our congratulations!)
In the interests of diversity, please note that we are highly unlikely to publish your poetry in two consecutive issues, so please leave a gap before sending us more work if you have already appeared in our current issue.
All submissions should be in Word or Open Office formats, 12 point font.
Published writers will be paid from $30-$50.
Please consider purchasing a prior issue of the journal to support your fellow writers and get a feeling for what we have published previously: http://tincture-journal.com/buy-a-tincture/. Journal sales are our only source of funding.
